MAXUS EV80 PRO 2026

EV80 PRO is the workhorse electric panel van of the SAIC MAXUS range and the one that answers the payload objection most electric vans lose on. A 77 kWh lithium iron phosphate pack sits under a 3,700 kg GVM against a 2,390 kg kerb weight, leaving a rated 1.5 tonnes — which the manufacturer puts 30% above class. Twin rear doors open to 225° on request, the side sliding door clears 1,295 mm, and the pack is rated IP68 and certified to charge at −30 °C, which matters for Central Asian and northern European fleets that would otherwise be parked all winter.

N1 category. LFP chemistry is more tolerant of heat and of partial-state-of-charge cycling than NMC, which suits tropical and high-utilisation duty; it also ships under the same IMDG dangerous-goods provisions as any traction battery, at a limited state of charge.

Factory right-hand drive. The EV80 has supplied European and UK electric fleet programmes since the platform launched, so its RHD documentation set is well established.
