MAXUS Dana V1 Electric Van 2026

Dana V1 is the compact end of the SAIC MAXUS electric van range, built for the last two kilometres rather than the last fifty. A 520 mm load floor — unusually low for a van of any size — means a courier steps up rather than climbs, which over a two-hundred-drop day is the difference that decides fleet adoption. The 50 kWh pack gives 350 km CLTC and recovers to 80% in 21 minutes, so a single lunch break resets a full shift. Rear doors open to 270° for kerbside loading and 6.6 kW of V2L runs refrigeration or tools.

N1 category, at the light end — in several markets a sub-3.5-tonne compact van falls under a lighter inspection regime and can be driven on a standard car licence, which widens the driver pool a fleet can recruit from.
